How Zincoderm-S Products work

Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid1, Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid2 and Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid3 which treat eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid2 is a nutritional supplment which speeds up the healing of skin lesions. Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid3 is a keratolytic medicine. It breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Clobetasol + Zinc + Salicylic Acid1 into the skin.
