Rosuvastatin + Aspirin is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin + Aspirin1 and Rosuvastatin + Aspirin2, which prevents heart attack and stroke. Rosuvastatin + Aspirin1 is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol.
