How Piritexyl Products work

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol is a combination of four medicines: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol1, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol2, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol3 and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol4. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol1 is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol2 is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol3 is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Ammonium Chloride + Menthol4 is an organic compound which produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation.
