Bromhexine + Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylpropanolamine is a combination of four medicines: Bromhexine + Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylpropanolamine1, Bromhexine + Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylpropanolamine2, Bromhexine + Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylpropanolamine3 and Bromhexine + Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylpropanolamine4 which relieve common cold symptoms. Bromhexine + Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylpropanolamine1 is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Bromhexine + Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylpropanolamine2 is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Bromhexine + Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylpropanolamine3 is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
