How Panac-Rose Forte Products work
Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin1, Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin2 and Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin3 which relieve pain. Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin1 is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin2 is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Trypsin Chymotrypsin3 is a combination of enzymes which break down proteins into smaller fragments, thereby making them available for absorption into the blood. They increase blood supply in the affected area and reduce swelling.

Yes, long-term use of Panac-Rose Forte Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.

Panac-Rose Forte Tablet contains Paracetamol. This medicine is known to cause harm to the liver especially in the doses above the recommended level. Also, avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine, as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. Use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with the underlying liver disease. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any early signs and symptoms of liver damage. These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes and abnormal liver enzymes.
