Allantoin + Clindamycin + Niacinamide is a combination of three medicines: Allantoin + Clindamycin + Niacinamide1, Allantoin + Clindamycin + Niacinamide2 and Allantoin + Clindamycin + Niacinamide3 which treat pimples (acne). Allantoin + Clindamycin + Niacinamide1 is a skin protectant which works as a moisturizer and relieves minor skin irritations. Allantoin + Clindamycin + Niacinamide2 is an antibiotic which works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Allantoin + Clindamycin + Niacinamide3 is a form of vitamin B. It exerts anti-inflammatory effects when applied to the skin and reduces swelling, redness and tenderness associated with acne.
