Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol is a combination of four medicines: Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol1, Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol2, Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol3 and Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol4, which treats ear infections. Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol1 is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain thereby decreasing pain sensation. Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol2 is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the ear red, swollen and itchy. Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol3 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Lidocaine + Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Chloramphenicol4 is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins.
