Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Gentamicin1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy. Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Gentamicin2 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Beclometasone + Clotrimazole + Gentamicin3 is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria. Together, they treat your infection effectively.
