Side Effects of Dexgen are Headache, Sedation, Double vision, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Dryness in mouth, Nervousness, Nausea, Decreased appetite, Heartburn, Dizziness, Weakness, Discomfort when urinating, Polyuria, Urinary retention, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), Respiratory disorder, Increased heart rate, High blood pressure, Hallucination, Tremors, Pale skin, Convulsion.

How Dexgen Products work

Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide1 and Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide2, which relieves dry cough. Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide1 is an antiallergic which helps reduce cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger, histamine. Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide2 is a cough suppressant which relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough center in the brain.
