Side Effects of BP-Loride are Nausea1a, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation, Weakness, Headache, Dizziness, Cold extremities, Increased blood uric acid, Slow heart rate, Numbness of extremity, Muscle cramp, Decreased blood pressure, Increased blood lipid level, Decreased sodium level in blood, Decreased magnesium level in blood.

How BP-Loride Products work

Atenolol + Amiloride + Hydrochlorothiazide is a combination of three medicines: Atenolol, amiloride and hydrochlorothiazide. They work by different mechanisms to provide better control of blood pressure when single or dual therapy is not effective. Atenolol is a beta blocker that works by slowing down the heart rate. Amiloride and hydrochlorothiazide are diuretics which remove extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time, hydrochlorothiazide also relaxes blood vessels but causes potassium loss. Amiloride is added as it conserves potassium thereby balancing its levels in the body.
