You need to seek medical help immediately if you notice severe allergic reactions like rashes, difficulty breathing, swelling of face, lips, tongue, change in heartbeats, uncontrollable nausea and vomiting, reduced urination, swelling of feet or lower legs, pain in the lower back or side, muscle cramps, paralysis or numbness of the face, arm or leg and unusual bleeding such as bleeding gum, blood in urine or stools.

Yes, while taking this medicine, your hair may become brittle and break. You may also experience patchy hair loss or thinning. These conditions tend to resolve once treatment is stopped. Be gentle when brushing and washing hair to manage hair loss.

This medicine causes tingling, numbness, pain, or burning sensation in your arms or legs. Do not go swimming if you have a rash because the chlorine in the water can make it worse. Avoid hot water bath and wear loose and cotton fabric clothes. Your skin will tend to become better once treatment is stopped.

Nausea and vomiting are some of the common side-effects of this medicine. Your doctor might prescribe you medications to prevent you from feeling sick. Your symptoms will be better managed if you take your medication regularly to prevent sickness rather than use it only when sickness occurs. Along with that, eat smaller, more frequent meals to reduce the feeling of nausea. Avoid food that is salty, spicy, fried, or fatty, and drink plenty of water.
