Side Effects of Alfence are Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Nausea, Dryness in mouth, Constipation, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Upper respiratory tract infection, Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the throat and nasal passages), Urinary tract infection, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Cough, Rash, Back pain, Oropharyngeal pain, Nasal infection, Peripheral edema, Hypoglycemia (low blood glucose level), Worsening of diabetes, Anxiety, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), High blood pressure, Psychiatric disorders, Depression.

Side Effects of Alfence are Serotonin syndrome, Valvular heart disease, Cognitive impairment, Slow heart rate, Decreased white blood cell count (lymphocytes), Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), Decreased hemoglobin, Increased prolactin level in blood.
