What is HRCT PNS?

The High Resolution Computed Tomography or HRCT scan of the Paranasal sinuses (PNS) is an imaging test. It involves the use of narrow beams of X-rays to create an image of high resolution. It is done to assess the normal structure or to detect any problems of the Paranasal sinuses.
