Hello mam. Thank you for sharing your reports with me. I have gone through it and it suggests you have iron deficiency anemia since your hemoglobin level is low and TIBC level is high. For this, you should take a diet rich in iron containing foods like green leafy vegetables, fruits, paalak, jaggery etc.You can also take iron tablets like Feosol, once a day. Don't take this medicine with calcium. Your vitamin D level is also low, which usually suggests you have a deficiency of vitamin D. For this, you can take calciriol sachets once a week in milk for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. Expose yourself to sunlight for at atleast 15 minutes a day.
