Benefits of Tranesma Gel
In Treatment of Melasma
Melasma is a common skin problem that causes dark, discolored patches on your skin. It is more commonly seen in females than males. Tranesma 5% Gel helps to lighten these dark patches of the skin usually caused by pregnancy, birth control pills, hormone medicine, or injury to the skin. It effectively blocks that process in the skin that leads to discoloration. Tranesma 5% Gel also reduces any redness, rash, pain, or itchiness that may be caused by this condition.
This improves your self-esteem and confidence as your appearance changes. You should always use it as prescribed and only apply the amount you have been told to. Keep using it for as long as it is prescribed to get the full benefits.

In Treatment of Bleeding
Bleeding occurs when blood clots break down rapidly. Tranesma 5% Gel reduces bleeding by preventing the rapid breakdown of clots. It helps to prevent excessive loss of blood, stops bleeding, and enhances the healing process. Bleeding can make you feel weak so it is advisable to take a good diet depending on your condition and with a doctor’s consultation.

How Tranesma Gel works
Tranesma 5% Gel is a procoagulant agent. In the presence of UV light, plasminogen (enzyme) induces the production of melanin (pigment) to cause pigmentation and dark spots in the skin. It inhibits the activation of plasminogen, thus lead to a decrease in the production of melanin. This is how it works to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation of the skin.
