Bleeding is a condition wherein blood oozes out of the skin. You may bleed when you get a cut or other wound.
 
Signs and Symptoms
 
Bleeding is itself a symptom. Blood will ooze out of the injured skin area or an internal organ.
 
Causes
 
Common causes of bleeding are:
1. An injury or wound on the exposed surface.
2. An injury in the internal organs can cause internal bleeding.
 
Treatment
 
Normally, when you bleed, your blood forms clots to stop the bleeding. Severe bleeding may require first aid or a visit to the emergency room.
