Introduction of Met-Innovfol Tablet

Met-Innovfol Tablet is a combination of medicines used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It regulates ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS. It enhances the body's response to insulin, and maintains hormonal balance. This improves your overall health.

Met-Innovfol Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Met-Innovfol Tablet1, Met-Innovfol Tablet2, Met-Innovfol Tablet3, Met-Innovfol Tablet4 and Met-Innovfol Tablet5 which treat skin infections.

In Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)

Women with Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) have hormonal imbalance that is responsible for irregular menstrual cycles (periods), excessive hair growth and acne. Met-Innovfol Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in regulating hormonal imbalance as well as periods in females. It helps the body to utilise the hormone insulin and also regulates menstrual cycles. Take it as prescribed by the doctor. Do not skip any doses and follow your doctor’s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.

Side effects of Met-Innovfol Tablet

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

How to use Met-Innovfol Tablet

Pregnancy

Met-Innovfol Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
Breast feeding

Information regarding the use of Met-Innovfol Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.
Driving
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
It is not known whether Met-Innovfol Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Kidney
CAUTION
Met-Innovfol Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Met-Innovfol Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Met-Innovfol Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
Liver
CAUTION
Met-Innovfol Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Met-Innovfol Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Met-Innovfol Tablet is generally started with low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease and its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

What if you forget to take Met-Innovfol Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Met-Innovfol Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Diabetic from 5 years, was under control with Met-500,G-1,Piag-15. then Piag was banned,so medicine switched to Met-500 Gil-2, but no glucose control. Now suggest medicine, preferably no insulin, NB. I was being suggested Gliptin with met,, suggest Lina or Sita with dosage.
