How Comvac 4 HB Injection works
Comvac 4 HB Injection is a combination of four medicines. Diphtheria Toxoid, Tetanus Toxoid, Pertussis Toxoid, and Hepatitis B Vaccine (rDNA) are vaccines (inactivated microorganisms) that are formulated together to develop immunity by initiating a mild infection. This type of infection does not cause illness but stimulates the body's immune system to produce antibodies (proteins) to protect against any future infections. Aluminium Hydroxide is an adjuvant that helps to potentiate the action of the vaccine in the body by increasing its uptake. This is how it works to prevent various viral and bacterial infections.
