Aplaket 250mg Tablet is a medicine used to prevent stroke in people for whom aspirin has failed to work or is not suitable. It lowers the chances of another stroke in people who have already suffered a stroke or a mini-stroke (brief stroke-like attack that resolves within a few minutes to hours).

It is often prescribed along with a low dose of aspirin which also helps to prevent blood from clotting.
