Urea 10 Cream is a potential keratolytic emollient indicated to be used for dry and flaky skin. The cream is a gentle tissue softener used for skin and nails. The cream is composed of Urea, Isopropyl myristate, Propylene glycol, Stearic acid, Trolamine and Xanthan gum.

Urea serves as emollient for the skin and averts water/moisture loss from the skin surface, thereby keeping the skin hydrated. It helps to breakdown the dry and hard skin and shed it off.
Isopropyl Myristate, a synthetic oil, works as an emollient and lubricant in beauty products. Less oily in nature, the oil is easily absorbed by the skin and ensures quick penetration from the surface.
Propylene glycol is a moisturizer, skin conditioning agent, carrier in fragrance oils, solvent and viscosity decreasing agent.
Trolamine, an organic compound, is used to raise the pH of the mixtures. Additionally it also acts as an emulsifier and helps in retaining a homogenous mixture.
Xanthan gum, a polysaccharide by nature, adds viscosity and texture to the skin and skincare products. It stabilizes the emulsions and helps in giving the products the desired texture.

Urea 10 Cream is recommended for use in debridged skin and surface lesions devoid of healing due to infection. It is used for the treatment of dry, rough skin, dermatitis, psoriasis, xerosis, ichthyosis, eczema, keratosis, keratoderma, corns and calluses, as well as damaged, ingrown and devitalized nails.
