Role of Active Ingredient
Coenzyme Q-10 helps to increase energy. This is because coenzyme Q-10 has a role in producing ATP, a molecule in body cells that functions like a rechargeable battery in the transfer of energy. Coenzyme Q-10 is an important vitamin-like substance required for the proper function of many organs and chemical reactions in the body. It helps provide energy to cells. Coenzyme Q-10 also seems to have antioxidant activity. 
L-Carnitine provides energy by converting fat into energy inside the mitochondria and prevents apoptosis thereby increases sperm count.
Lycopene form potent antioxidant combination which reduces oxidative stress and kills the free radicals.
Since it reduces the free radicals in the body, it provides energy and reduces fatigue. It can given in male infertility and as an additional therapy to Diabetic patients and Cardiovascular disease patients.
