Alfavit Advance Capsule

Alfavit Advance Capsule contains Calcitriol, Calcium Carbonate, Omega 3 fatty acid containing Eicosapentaenoic acid, Docosahexaenoic acid, Methylcobalamin, Folic acid, and Boron.

Calcitriol is the active form of Vit-D which increases the level of calcium in blood by increasing the uptake of calcium from the gut and decreasing the transfer of calcium from blood to urine and increasing the release of calcium into the blood from bones.
Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets. Calcium is important for growth and development of bones.
Omega-3 fatty acids includes Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) which have impact on joint health, arthritis, and inflammation. It is known to produce compounds called resolvins and protectins, which help to reduce inflammation before it can do too much damage to your tissues. EPA and DHA are potent anti-inflammatory agents that reduce pain and inflammation associated with arthritis.

Alfavit Advance Capsule is used for the treatment for rickets, osteoporosis, and osteomalacia.
