Silver Nitrate and Chlorhexidine Gluconate are antiseptic medicines. They work by killing or preventing the growth of harmful microorganisms. Allantoin and Aloe Vera is a skin protectant which works as a moisturizer and relieves minor skin irritations. Together, they heal the affected area.
