Secnidazole + Fluconazole + Azithromycin + Lactobacillus is a combination of four medicines: Secnidazole, Fluconazole, Azithromycin and Lactobacillus. Secnidazole is an antibiotic which kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA. Fluconazole is an antifungal which works by preventing the formation of the fungal protective covering which is essential for the survival of the fungi. Azithromycin is also an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Lactobacillus is a probiotic. It works by restoring the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset after antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively.
