Paracetamol + Pseudoephedrine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a combination of four medicines: Paracetamol , Pseudoephedrine , Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) antipyretic (fever reducer). It relieves fever and headache associated with common cold. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels to provide relief from stuffiness in the nose. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.
