Oxetacaine + Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium Trisilicate + Milk Of Magnesia + Simethicone is a combination of five medicines: Oxetacaine, aluminium hydroxide, magnesium trisilicate, milk of magnesia and simethicone. Oxetacaine is a local anesthetic that provides faster relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach. Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium trisilicate are inorganic salts that neutralises the excess acid in stomach. Milk of magnesia is a laxative that works by drawing water into the intestine through osmosis, making the stools soft and easier to pass. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
