Metformin + Benfotiamine is a combination of two medicines: Metformin and benfotiamine which treat diabetes. Metformin is a biguanide which decreases the production and absorption of sugar in your body, and allows better use of existing insulin. Benfotiamine is a synthetic form if vitamin B1 which relieves symptoms of nerve damage such as numbness, tingling, burning, and needle-like sensations in the hands and feet.
