Ambroxol + Loratadine is a combination of two medicines: Ambroxol and Loratadine, which relieves cough. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Loratidine is an antiallergic that treats runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
