Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR is a muscarinic antagonist that is used in the treatment of overactive bladder. It relieves urinary symptoms like frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control urination.

Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR is used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder that include sudden urge to pass urine, uncontrollable desire to pass urine, etc.

In Treatment of Overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms

Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR helps to treat uncontrollable contractions (spasms) of the bladder muscles that causes frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control passing of urine. It also relieves painful, or frequent urination and reduces urgency to urinate that may occur with some infections of the urinary tract. This way it helps manage the overactive bladder symptoms efficiently.

Side effects of Vesigard Tablet PR

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Breast feeding

Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Driving
UNSAFE
Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR may cause effects such as dizziness, blurred vision, trouble sleeping or drowsiness. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vesigard 7.5 Tablet PR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
