Vebalone 150mg Tablet is used in the treatment and prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis. It strengthens bones by stopping cells called osteoclasts from breaking down bone. This keeps bones strong and lowers the chance of fractures in women after menopause who have osteoporosis.

Supplements of calcium and Vitamin D3 are also effective.

Vebalone 150mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. The medicine takes around 6 month to show its maximum benefits on bones. However, in some cases the doctor may suggest Vebalone 150mg Tablet for a longer duration. The exact duration will depend on the condition you are being treated for.
How to take Vebalone 150mg Tablet?
It should be taken in the morning after getting up on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. Do not lie down and stay fully upright for at least 60 minutes after swallowing the medicine. Avoid taking any food or other medication just after taking Vebalone 150mg Tablet, maintain a gap of at least 30 minutes.
