Trispas Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of abdominal pain. It works effectively to reduce abdominal pain and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. It also blocks certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever.
Trispas Tablet is a combination of anticholinergic-antispasmodic, anti-foaming agent, and analgesic & antipyretic-PCM.

In Abdominal pain
Trispas Tablet effectively relieves sudden muscle spasms or contractions in the stomach and intestine (gut), thereby relaxing the muscles and improving movement of food. This helps to treat abdominal pain (or stomach pain) as well as cramps, bloating and discomfort. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

It is not known whether Trispas Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Kidney
CAUTION
Trispas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Trispas Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
CAUTION
Trispas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Trispas Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

What if you forget to take Trispas Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Trispas Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

- You have been prescribed Trispas Tablet to relieve abdominal pain, cramps and bloating.
- Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
- Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
- Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Trispas Tablet.
