Uses of Trimium Transcaps
Benefits of Trimium Transcaps
In Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) is a group of lung diseases that cause breathing difficulties. COPD is caused by swelling of the airways that carry air in and out of the lungs. Trimium Transcaps relaxes the muscles of these airways and widens it. This makes you breathe easy and gives relief from symptoms such as tightness in your chest, shortness of breath, wheezing and coughing. Avoid smoking and minimise your exposure to pollution, dust and fumes. Along with that, a little exercise each day can help you stay strong. Talk to your doctor about how much exercise is good for you.

- This medicine is for inhalation only. The tablet should not be swallowed.
- Take it at the same time each day.

- Gargle with warm water after each inhalation to avoid any fungal infections in your mouth and throat.
- Take the first dose of this medicine under medical supervision as it may cause wheezing or tightening of the airways (bronchospasm) immediately after using.
- Very little amount of Trimium Transcaps may get absorbed into the bloodstream after inhalation. Hence, serious side effects are unlikely.
- Do not stop taking it suddenly even if you don’t currently have any symptoms as that may cause your breathing problems to come back.
