Hi PATIENT Insect or any foreign body if goes into the eye, first thing is to remove the foreign body, clean cold wash. 2. Antibiotic cover Moxi is better than tobra but if you are not tolerating moxi put tobra 3. All antibiotics tend to burn and the burning sensation is due to the preservative benzene alkonium chloride. 4. Stick to the doctor who examines you throughly 5. I usually give hourly lubricant (refresh ezee or lubrex uno) one drop hourly just to wash out toxins. 6. If there is formation of epithelial defect Healing will take more time. This is completely based on what you have written and i have not examined you.
