Theoresp A Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of asthma. It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening it and making it easier to breathe.

Theoresp A Tablet is a combination of two theophylline & its derivatives.

Asthma is a condition in which your airways become narrow and as a result, breathing becomes difficult. Theoresp A Tablet helps in easy breathing by widening your airways. It also gives relief from symptoms such as tightness in your chest, shortness of breath, wheezing and coughing. Regular exercise and yoga can help improve the symptoms of asthma in the long term, in addition to improving overall health.

Side effects of Theoresp A Tablet

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Avoiding breastfeeding for 2-4 hours after Theoresp A Tablet can further decrease the exposure of medicine to the baby.

  • You have been prescribed Theoresp A Tablet for the treatment of asthma.

  • Tell your doctor about all other medicines you have used in the past 14 days, especially water pills, anti-depressant, or medicines for heart problems.
  • If you are due to have an operation or any dental treatment, tell the person carrying out the treatment which medicines you are taking, as some anesthetics can interfere with Theoresp A Tablet.
  • Some vaccines, such as the flu vaccine, may also affect Theoresp A Tablet levels in the body. Make sure you tell your doctor about any vaccinations you have.
  • Do not smoke. Smoking causes irritation and damage to the lungs and will make your condition worse.
  • Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
  • Try to keep your regular appointments with your doctor. This is so your doctor can review your condition on a regular basis.

Dry scaling Psoriasis (10 years); asthma 3 years.; obesity I have been on folitrax 7.5 mg x 2 once a week for the last 8 years. I also take folvite 50 daily. The breathing difficulty is recent. I am on seroflo inhaler twice a day and tiate once a day. There is no change in the psoriasis but the asthma is getting worse.
