Temero-T Injection is a combination of two antibiotic medicines. It is used to treat severe bacterial infections of the skin, lungs, stomach, urinary tract, blood, brain, and others. It works by killing and stopping the growth of the bacteria that cause these problems.
Temero-T Injection is given by a doctor or a nurse. You should not self-administer this medicine at home. The dose and duration will depend on what type of infection you have, where it is in the body, and how serious it is. Get the injection as long as your doctor has prescribed it to get the most benefit from it. If you stop getting the injection, the infection may return or worsen.
Some people may develop side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or local redness and swelling at the site of injection. How Temero-T Injection works
Meropenem is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive. Tazobactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. It works by blocking an enzyme (beta-lactamase) produced by bacteria to inactivate antibiotics.

- Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.
- Stick to simple meals, avoid rich or spicy food and drink plenty of water while taking this medicine.
- Do not take antacids 2 hours before or after taking Temero-T Injection.
- This medicine can reduce the effectiveness of oral typhoid vaccine. If you are due to have any vaccinations, make sure the person treating you knows that you are taking this antibiotic.
