What if you forget to take Telsar CHM Tablet?

- You have been prescribed Telsar CHM 50 Tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure.
- Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent stroke and heart attack.
- It may cause more frequent urination. Take it at least 4 hrs before bedtime to avoid waking up to urinate.
- It may cause the level of potassium in blood to go up. Avoid taking potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli.
- It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
- Telsar CHM 50 Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and Inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness or very dry mouth.
- Do not stop taking Telsar CHM 50 Tablet suddenly without talking to your doctor.
