Tarsalic Soap has a combination of medicines that is used to treat psoriasis. It helps in softening of the skin.

Tarsalic Soap is a combination of two keratolytic medicines: Tarsalic Soap1 and Tarsalic Soap2 which treat psoriasis.

It moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. Tarsalic Soap is also an effective treatment for scalp psoriasis and reduces dryness, itchiness and scaling on the scalp. Follow the directions exactly until your condition improves which might take 8 weeks or more.
