Fractures may be painful and restrict a person’s ability to carry out their normal daily tasks. Strong Kit Tablet reduces the risk of a fracture occurring in osteoporosis. It also helps in the growth and development of bones as well as maintain strong bones. Along with medicines, eat a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D like dairy products, green leafy vegetables etc.

What if you forget to take Strong Kit Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Strong Kit Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Quick tips
Strong Kit Tablet
- Take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not lie down after taking the medicine.
- Wait at least 1 hour before taking any other medication or eating or drinking anything.
- Do not take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant while taking Strong Kit Tablet.
- Inform your doctor if you experience pain in jaw. This problem may be seen after dental work.
- Your doctor will monitor your response to Strong Kit Tablet by testing your bone mineral density (BMD). This is usually done every 1-3 years.
