  • Maintain a sufficient time gap between meals and medicine intake as giving it before food poses a risk of stomach upset but giving it after food may reduce its absorption.
  • If your child develops diarrhea as a side effect, encourage them to drink plenty of water.
  • Give the medicine to your child while sitting or standing, to prevent any throat irritation. Do not let your child lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking Solomycin 50mg Tablet.
  • Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid to your child within 2 hours of taking Solomycin 50mg Tablet as these can affect the absorption of the medicine.
  • Solomycin 50mg Tablet may make your child’s skin sensitive to sunlight. Avoid unnecessary or prolonged exposure to sunlight and make sure your child wears protective clothing, sunglasses, and sunscreen whenever going out in the sun.
