Apply 2-3 times in a day to get relief from itching, swelling and redness caused by infection. You might see a change in your skin appearance in a week if used as prescribed by your doctor. Results might vary from person to person depending on your skin condition. Make sure you complete the full course of treatment to ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.

How Sofradex Cream works
Sofradex Cream is a combination of two medicines: Framycetin and Dexamethasone. Framycetin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth on the skin by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.

- Sofradex Cream is used for the treatment of bacterial skin infections.

- Do not apply it to broken skin and avoid getting it in your eyes, nose or mouth.
