Simply One 200 mcg/6 mcg Rotacap helps the airways in your lungs to stay open. It relaxes the muscles of these airways. This makes it easier for air to get in and out. It relieves symptoms of COPD, such as tightness in your chest, shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing, and helps you carry out your daily activities more easily. This medicine is safe and effective. It usually starts to work within a few minutes and the effects can last up to several hours. Do not stop using it unless you are advised to by the doctor.

How to use Simply One Rotacap
Rotacaps must not be swallowed. Check the label for directions before use. Place the capsule at the base of rotahaler, not in the mouthpiece. Twist the mouthpiece completely until your hear a click and breathe in deeply through the mouthpiece. Hold your breath for up to 10 seconds. If some powder remains in the rotahaler repeat the process.

Simply One Rotacap
- Simply One 200 mcg/6 mcg Rotacap is prescribed for the treatment of asthma and COPD.
- It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Use your rescue inhaler to control sudden difficulty in breathing.
- You might experience dryness in the mouth. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
- Gargle with warm water after each inhalation to avoid any fungal infections in your mouth and throat.
- Take the first dose of this medicine under medical supervision as it may cause wheezing or tightening of the airways (bronchospasm) immediately after use.
- Avoid smoking as it irritates the lungs and will make your condition worse.
- If you have diabetes you may need to check your blood glucose more frequently, as Simply One 200 mcg/6 mcg Rotacap may affect the levels of sugar in your blood. Your doctor will advise you about this.
