Setnac Gel

Product introduction

Setnac Gel is a combination medicine used topically to relieve pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. It also improves blood circulation at the site of application as well as produces a cooling effect on the skin.

How Setnac Gel works

Setnac Gel is a combination of four medicines: Diclofenac diethylamine, Linseed Oil, Methyl Salicylate and Menthol. Diclofenac diethylamine and Menthol are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Linseed Oil is a plant-based oil which further reduces inflammation and improves blood circulation at the site of application. It also increases the penetration of Diclofenac diethylamine through the skin. Methyl Salicylate produces a cooling effect on the skin.
