Round-Free Tablet is used to treat vertigo. It is a combination medicine which acts by relaxing vascular smooth muscles of the blood vessels of the ear and improves the blood circulation. It also blocks the action of a chemical messenger that is responsible for lightheadedness in vertigo.
Round-Free Tablet is a combination of calcium channel antagonist/antihistamine and H1 antihistaminics (first generation).

It will be more effective if you take this medicine regularly as prescribed so try not to miss doses. It may take a couple of weeks before you notice any improvements but keep taking it, even if you do feel better, until your doctor advises it is safe to stop.

Visit the nearest emergency department if you accidentally take too much of this medicine. Symptoms of an overdose may include tiredness, pupil dilation, unable to urinate, dry mouth, flushing, fast heart rate, sweating, headache, dizziness and shakiness.
Q. What if I miss a dose of Round-Free Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Round-Free Tablet, you should skip the missed dose and take the next dose at its usual time and quantity. You should not take a double dose of Round-Free Tablet to make up for a missed dose.
Q. Can I stop taking Round-Free Tablet if I feel well?
You should not stop taking Round-Free Tablet until your doctor asks you to. If you stop taking Round-Free Tablet earlier than advised, the symptoms of vertigo may reappear (dizziness and spinning).
