Introduction of Reden O Injection

Reden O Injection is a combination medicine used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux), acidity, nausea and vomiting. It relieves the symptoms of acidity such as indigestion, stomach pain, or irritation. It also decreases the acid production in the stomach to relieve heartburn.

Reden O Injection is a combination of two medicines: ondansetron and ranitidine.

Benefits of Reden O Injection

In Gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux)

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a chronic (long-term) condition in which there is an excess production of acid in the stomach. Reden O Injection reduces the amount of acid your stomach makes and relieves the pain associated with heartburn and acid reflux. You should take it exactly as it is prescribed for it to be effective. Some simple lifestyle changes can help reduce the symptoms of GERD. Think about what foods trigger heartburn and try to avoid them; eat smaller, more frequent meals; try to lose weight if you are overweight and try to find ways to relax. Do not eat within 3-4 hours of going to bed.

In Nausea

Reden O Injection blocks the action of chemicals in the body that can make you feel or be sick. It is often used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused due to some medicines or cancer treatment. This medicine helps you recover more comfortably from cancer treatments such as radiation therapy or chemotherapy. It is also effective at preventing nausea and vomiting after an operation (in adults only). The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but always follow your doctor’s instructions carefully to get the most benefit.

In Acidity

Reden O Injection relieves excessive acidity in your stomach which prevents heartburn, irritation, stomach pain, and indigestion. Usually, it is used along with other medicines for management of your condition. Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.
