Ranace 500mg Tablet SR may cause changes in the electrical activity of the heart which is known as QT prolongation. Your doctor may get regular tests done to check the electrical activity of your heart. Tell your doctor right away if you feel faint, lightheaded or if your heart starts beating irregularly or fast, as these may be symptoms of QT prolongation. Ranace 500mg Tablet SR may also cause kidney failure in patients who already have kidney problems. Therefore, your doctor may need to do tests to check how your kidneys are working.
