Introduction of Pribanz-D Capsule
Pribanz-D Capsule is used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It decreases pain by controlling calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. It also increases the level of chemical messengers in the brain that helps maintain mental balance and stop the movement of pain signals in the brain.
Pribanz-D Capsule is a combination of alpha 2 delta ligands (AEDs) and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs).

In Neuropathic pain
Pribanz-D Capsule is a combination of medicines used to treat long-lasting (chronic) pain caused by nerve damage due to diabetes, shingles or spinal cord injury. It reduces pain and its associated symptoms such as mood changes, sleep problems, and tiredness. Pregabalin, an active ingredient of this medicine, is thought to work by interfering with pain signals that travel through the damaged nerves and the brain. It also improves nerve conduction and enhances the quality of life.
Side effects of Pribanz-D Capsule
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Driving
UNSAFE
Pribanz-D Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
CAUTION
Pribanz-D Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pribanz-D Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
UNSAFE
Pribanz-D Capsule is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

Pribanz-D Capsule
- Pribanz-D Capsule is used for treating nerve pain caused by diabetes, shingles, fibromyalgia, and spinal cord injuries.
- You may have to wait for 2 to 4 weeks before it starts working.
- It may cause dizziness during the first few weeks. Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Pribanz-D Capsule affects you.
- Avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage.
- Monitor your blood pressure regularly, especially during the first month of treatment.
- It may cause a sensation of restlessness or an inability to sit or stand still, especially when you first start taking it. Inform your doctor if this happens to you.
- Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts or behavior.
- Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor.
