Pilospas Tablet is used in the treatment of abdominal pain. It works effectively to reduce abdominal pain, bloating, and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. It blocks certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation and fever. It also helps in easy passage of gas.
Pilospas Tablet is a combination of anticholinergic-antispasmodic, antifoaming agent, and NSAIDs-nonselective COX 1&2 Inhibitor (fenamate).

What if you forget to take Pilospas Tablet?
