Product introduction

Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER is used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder that can result in hallucinations or delusions and also adversely affects a person’s ability to think and behave) and mania.

Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER is used to treat schizophrenia and Parkinson's disease (a disorder of the nervous system that causes difficulties with movement and balance) in whom other medicines have not worked.

In Schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder in which a person’s thinking ability, feelings and behavior become abnormal. Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER helps restore the chemical imbalances in the brain that are responsible for such changes. It improves thoughts, behavior and enhances the quality of life.

In Mania

Mania means extremely excited or elevated mood. Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER helps calm the mood and relax the nerves. This stabilises the mood and prevents the symptoms of mania from recurring again. Taking Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER will ensure that you have a better social life and are able to do daily activities more comfortably.

Side effects of Palido Tablet ER

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

How to use Palido Tablet ER

Driving

Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
CAUTION
Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER is not recommended in patients with end-stage kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Limited information is available on the use of Palido-OD 1.5 Tablet ER in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.

I have skipped taking palido od because of uncontrolled urination. Do i need any medication in the place of palido od. Pls let me informed
