Ostigard 100 Capsule is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

Ostigard 100 Capsule gives relief from pain in inflammatory conditions that affect muscles and joints such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and back pain. Ostigard 100 Capsule if taken at the start of symptoms of joint pain might prevent further damage of joints. It also helps manage toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. It works by blocking the action of certain chemicals that causes pain and swelling. By reducing pain, it improves the quality of your life.

Ostigard 100 Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Ostigard 100 Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver

Ostigard 100 Capsule is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
What if you forget to take Ostigard Capsule?
If you miss a dose of Ostigard 100 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
