Opilo Kit is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Opilo Kit may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
What if you forget to take Opilo Kit?
If you miss a dose of Opilo Kit, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

- Even if you do not feel like eating or drinking, try to sip water regularly to prevent you from becoming lacking in fluid in the body (dehydrated).
- If you are taking any contraceptive 'pill' at the same time as this medicine, the effectiveness of the 'pill' can be reduced if you have a bout of being sick (vomiting) which lasts for more than 24 hours. In such a case, ask your doctor for additional contraceptive precautions.
